Step 1 — Choose your intensity
Go with 12K Gauss if your cravings are occasional, or 17K Gauss if they are frequent and hard to resist.
Step 2 — Wear it on the inside
Position the bracelet so the magnet rests directly against the inside of your wrist.
Step 3 — At least 8 hours a day
Wear it every day for a minimum of 8 consecutive hours — it works best when used consistently over time.
Step 4 — Remove it for water and sleep
Take the bracelet off before showering, swimming, or going to bed to preserve its magnetic properties.
Step 5 — Recharge it once a month
